An EMC question

Hi,

I was encouraged last week about the guy who was setting up EMC on a laptop,
and since I have a spare laptop doing nothing right now, I want to do the
same.

So...I have a copy of the BDI ver 2.11 and have looked through the
installation instructions.

However, This laptop does not have a CD-ROM drive (not a bootable one anyway
- it's a parallel port version). So if I want to install from the hard
drive do I just copy everything from the "Redhat" directory structure on the
CD to the HD and create a boot disk from boot.img?

Should I reformat the hard drive first? (Currently running Win95)

Am I missing anything? Everything?
