Re: running the BDI EMC on a real machine

Les...I will be interested in your results. I will be acquiring a 3 axis cnc machine with servo dynamics drivers, servo motors, and fagor 8020 controller. I may be converting to BDI EMC using the STG II card within the next month or two. Jon Elson's Machining page discusses his implementation very nicely...although it was not clear if he was using stepper or servo motors.
