MAX_LIMIT_SWITCH_POLARITY for each of the axis until the readout digits turn
yellow (they will turn green when you home each axis). You may also need to
complement the value of ESTOP_SENSE_POLARITY to enable getting out of e-stop,
and if you have HOME_SWITCH_POLARITY set right you'll be able to home each
axis with nothing connected.
