Hi Tom
Perusing the HPC catalogue www.hpc-gears.co.uk I can only find 90Deg bevel
gears. I fear you will have to make your own - This is not as difficult as it
first appears. I have cut some gears in the past using a free hobbing
technique with some success after reading about it in Model Engineer.
To describe the method in words is rather long winded, but I could set up a
machine and take some photos for you. Conact me off list if you're interested.
CNC content - The hobs are one of those screwcutting jobs ideally suited to a
CNC lathe due to the odd pitch required.
Regards, Paul.
