I ran into the same problem last year on some parts
for Hughes Aircraft ( and they weren't happy about it
) what I came up with after some experimenting was
less pressure , less heat during machining and no oil
( use a water base coolant .

The main thing is to machine it gently with as little
heat as possible ,using lower RPM helps , drilling is
the worst for heat .

Experiment on some material before you try to make a
good one !
