Hey there,

This might be a little off the beaten path but I have used a form of cast
acrylic that really works wonders. It's dental acrylic. It's the exact
stuff that dentures are made of. The difference from regular cast acrylic
and this stuff, from what I understand, is that the stuff is not only cast,
but it's cast under pressure and heat. If you can get your hands on some to
play around with, it machines really nicely.
