This is way different from the plasma experience, but what may be the
cause of tingling sensation from the driver box when you touch it
with your elbow, and this occur even after you have switched off the
power. The capacitor should be discharged via a 24V voltage regulator
and 24VDC fan with 33V input from a bridge rectifier.
