Erm, can't find it. I'd suggest you load the group throught he web interfact and click on the "promote" option. It will give you some easy HTML code you can plug into an email/webpage that can take people directly to your group.

Also, you can add it to your signature, so everytime you post a message that is on topic, at the bottom of your message can be a short blurb like:
"Need to farm out some of your work? Learn how to ask for/make quotes on the job shop list, click here"

Your OT posts than become walking advertisements for your Off Topic list. :-)
