I'm assuming this is for calculating needed feed motors? If so you may get
some ball park figures just considering the spindle power. If I remember this
depends on the tool diameter but a reasonable assumption here will give an
estimate at least. May also depend on spindle rpm. Rough estimate but better
than nothing. :-)
This doesn't help if you're trying to size the spindle motor though. :-(
