There's a lot of merit to that. But what card type?
I would think PCI since most pentium motherboards are PCI,
it's the current standard and video cards can be pretty cheap.
Then you need a monitor to support the higher resolution. A $10 VGA
garage sale special will not look pretty :-)
I need to do some investigation into this area. Reconfiguring
the drivers to meet your hardware isn't nearly as hard as getting
it all there in the first place.
