You have to do setup again, add the hpgl filter. Although the hpgl
filter is broken in 10, it won't export a closed entity without adding a
break. even with sp1 & sp2, it's still broken. After getting 10 when it
first came out, I still have 9 so I can get a hpgl export that works.
