It IS G-code (RS-274D) as defined in the standard document.

There are a number of variant formats permitted. One is suppressed
decimal point, with the possibility of suppressing leading or trailing
zeroes (but not both). The machine is set to automatically perform
linear interpolation every time a coordinate appears in a block,
and perform a move, flash or draw depending on D01, D02 or D03
respectively (I think in that order). This is kind of like always being
in a canned cycle mode, where you drill a hole at every coordinate.
A D10 or higher number is a "tool change" that switches the aperture
the light draws through.

But, in fact, it doesn't look much like the G-code we are used to seeing
for machine tools.
