My copy of Dolphin with the manual that tells how to modify the "POST"
is on its way here. There is a tapping cycle in the Dolphin canned
routines. At the moment it doesn't have a 2X retract, I'll see if I can
modify it to have one once I get the manual.

I can hand code such a cycle easily enough using a series of G01
commands, but I'd rather not have to do that.
