Hi Terry,
With that number of requests (and I haven't even got round to adding my name
to the list yet!) it would be silly to try to do all the copying yourself.
May I suggest that a network of 'authorised recopiers' is set up to spread
the work (and cost). If you wish I'd be happy to take care of the British
end.
