If you don't turn on the spindle motor- it has its own contactor- you can
even pull a wire off the contactor coil- you can jog the motors from the
control panel. If they go the right way the machine is phased properly.
The table should move away from the column to move plus in the Y axis, It
should move to the operator's left to move plus in the X axis.
