I tried to qualify my answer to apply to ME, only (and anyone else
who did things at the same level). Someone who is setting up a PC
board shop in his basement for commercial manufacturing is going
off the deep end, and I hope his family makes him move it out, fast!

A full acre, so, yes, I do.

No, not rural, but sub-urban.

Apartment? Yikes! The people downstairs will LOVE to have the PC
board mill screaming all night through their ceiling!

But, even in a commercial setting, I think the neighbor's kids are not too
likely to be poisoned by it! Now, the Doe Run lead Co. here in Herculaneum,
MO. has dumped several millions TONS of lead ore on the town, ANNUALLY,
and is ending up buying out several hundred families so they can move out.
They lose so much out of their trucks, the streets are literally paved with
lead ore!
