free image processing software

Hi all,

Was given this free image processing software by a colleague which I
found extremely useful for a project I'm working on and thought that
I'll like to pass on the info in case anyone need a tool like this.
It's is not only free, but the source code is also freely avaiblable.
Image Tool was written using Borland's C++version 5.02
