Ed ? are you sure on the units? 70IPS even seems insane for any
drill operation. 120 Inches per minute is highly reasonable for a
machine of any mass. If this is any normal machine tool I believe you
are mixing feeds in inches per minute with step rates per second. If
not I sure would like to see that thing run .
