you could get the cold rolled and have it surface ground locally
check with a community college or Vo-Tech School to see if they have
a large enough grinder and you may be able to have it done for little or
no charge
the schools can sometimes get heat treat shops to slip the odd piece
into a batch to fill out the oven as well
