PCB Milling with Protel?

Is anyone milling Printed Circuit Boards created using the Protel 99
SE package? My question is how to get from a PCB layout within Protel
to the GCode that would separate the traces. I am using EMC to drive
the mill.

I found these references on the web:

http://www.lce.org/cnc/ describes using DOS-based? Easytrax and
converting its output to GCode. (This is in the Files section of this
group)

http://www.yty.net/cnc/ nice description of using Eagle for
schematic capture/layout and EMC to drive the mill.

If anyone has other references, especially where Protel is used for
the PCB layout, I'd appreciate hearing about them.
