I know of a package better than Protel that directly outputs Gerber or
Extended gerber data. This program is EdtCAD Version 9.52. If you are
interested, please send me an email and I will get further info to you. P.S.
this program does the whole job from schematic capture, layout, autorouting,
comnputer aided manufacturing and can even take in Gerber files to recreate
a total maintainable database

sister site to the CCED group, as many of the same members are there, for OT
subjects, that are not allowed on the CCED list.
