The converter on the Kelly's site takes the 2.3 Excellon format WITHOUT
any zero suppression. It was a quick writing for what I needed for a
PCB drilling machine owned by a friend of mine. If anybody interrested,
you can download it from the PLANSANDBLUEPRINTS group, files section.

The converter on the Kelly's site takes the 2.3 Excellon format WITHOUT
any zero suppression. It was a quick writing for what I needed for a
PCB drilling machine owned by a friend of mine. If anybody interrested,
