Conventional method (sorta). I purchased some of the positive method
laser resist material and printed out both sides of the board. I
have a large photo heat mounting press that I used to put the trace
images on the board then, using Ferricloride and air agitation,
etched the board. I first drilled the board(s) then using the drill
holes as the locator and a small set of pins I taped the images to
each side and applied heat. Since these are just prototypes I did
not go through the standard tin-lead plating process using a negative
process with chemical etch.

While I could have probably routed the runs, the lines are small and
clearances critical so I opted for the standard etch.
