Are you implying that you can run Linux on a system with only 8 Mbytes?
Also, what about EMC in those constraints? If so, it might be worthwhile
picking up, as I wouldn't have to put Linux on a machine I depend on.

|We should make a small distinction here. The kernel shipped with the bdi
|won't run on your 486 but there are Linux kernels available that will. I
|watched Till run a hexapod with EMC and a very old 486.
