60oz. stepper motors!

Would 60oz. stepper motors be enough to mill stainless steel? I know
that everybody has big motors here but I dont have that much money
to spend. I was wondering if I could just use slow feed rates to cut
stainless steel with these stepper motors.
The reason why i am asking is because HobbyCNC
(http://www.hobbycnc.com/package.htm) has a complete CNC package for
cheap.
