Dan,
Note it is G201 drives so 10 microsteps. Works out to .0025 degrees per
step. I would say that he is a candidate for a G901 board to make his drive
into a G210.

Step increment should be set to 0.0125 if you are using 200 step per
revolution motors in 1/2 step mode. If you are getting the proper angular
movement with your command, but it is just real slow then you need to adjust
your start speed and acceleration values.
It would help if you would provide us with the inputs of your configuration
as it currently stands.
