Hi Dean,

Looks like a gear head. Some prefer belt drives, you can always replace
a belt. The square column is nice, a round column is less useful. Why
not look at the RF-31 mills (and their twins) at ENCO or HF? They'd be
about half the price. Not the equivalent, but it all depends on how
much you want to pay.

Being in Canada, you might want to check out Guy's import mill, a Myford
conversion of a Taiwan import.
