Vector Demo or Tutorial

I am having a hard time using Vector. I have no previous CAD design
experience so it is not that I need to un-learn another program.

Is there anybody in the Cincinnati, Ohio area (within 50 miles) that would
like to spend a day and teach me how to use this thing? I really need to be
shown some of the basic functions.
