Well, my University library had access to it from another university
library, and I made a copy
under the "fair use" doctrine. I think any university library should be
able to find a copy not too
far away. But, in fact, the document is not a hell of a lot of good! I
just about never use it, and
don't really recommend going to a lot of trouble to get one.

Far more useful is ANY book on CNC programming or the programmer's guide
for any
recent CNC control.

Paying tuition to see the RS-274 spec would be about as unwise as buying
a car to see
how big the ashtrays are.
