Im sorry if I wasnt clear.
I meant can I use common ground from a parallel pin for the optos on
a G201 drive, and not worry about wiring a +5Vdc line from the PS to
the gecko drives?
Like I said in the previous post, 1 drive is an older, outdated
drive and the other 2 are newer revisions.
While I know that Mariss suggests using the PS +5Vdc, I was just
wondering if it is possible to use a PP ground to the optos.
