Today, you gotta look poor, So poor, when the Legal Beagles pull up in
their Caddy Escalades, One look at my falling down shack and they will
quickly realize they won't get much from me and they will tell the
client it is not worth persuing!!

I won't use the term publicly that I am thinking of, to describe the
type of person who would place messages in ANY internet newsgroup and
think that what he or she has said is somehow protected by copyright
laws, or that an attorney would even bother with it. Slander,.....
possibly, if actual losses can be shown as a result of the slander. Even
then, it is very rare.

I think that this whole issue is nuts. Sheeez, If they copy it in China
and share it or sell it, who's going to stop that ??
If there was money to make in chasing copyright issues on what's "been
said" on the internet, you couldn't get find an open courtroom for
hundred years.

Anyhow, I think all the attorneys are too busy chasing the literal
millions of stolen audio files (mp3. Etc.)existing on almost any
computer that kids use. Sure, they chased something a while back, sure
doesn't look like anyone won.

For anything I said in this NG or any other, use it, twist it, change
it..... I don't really care.

The root of the problem here is the fact that this group is located in a
Yahoo group. That in itself is the biggest problem with CCED.
Can't read it on-line worth a darn, can't find the time to wade thru the
e-mails when delivered, and above and beyond that, Cant stand the fact
that Yahoo sold of my e-mail address to "chopstick" companies without MY
Permission.

You don't know how many times I have wanted to DUMP the whole aspect of
visiting here. If it were not for "CH" pickin constantly on "JB", and
the same old same old in A.M.CNC, I'd just hang out there.
