Tom,
Talking about idiots. Our test stands take both the G201/G210s as
well as the G320/G340s. A single, large switch has to be thrown for
one or the other.
If you stick a G201 into the stand while the single, large switch
(prominently marked) is in the "G320" setting, it will totally fry
and dismember the encoder on the test servomotor.
I have gone thru 6 encoders this way, the latest one tonite. Nuff
said; idiots are everywhere, even I are one.
