Hi Babar
You must find the ballscrew pitch by turning and measuring.
For my system I have 5 turns per inch on the screws and 500
line encoders.
So I set INPUT_SCALE to 500 line /rev x 4 x 5 rev/in =10,000.
The x4 factor is for the 4x encoder interpolation.
For you... set INPUT_SCALE to 200 x 4 x ballscrew turns/in.
I think the COUNTS_PER_REV is used only for simulation
but it won't hurt to put 800 there.
For other things refer to the .ini file on my engineering web page.
I am sorry that the position counter problem is still there. We have
tried almost everything to find the problem.
For now, if you can run reliably at 3 or 5 volt maximum output
but need more for your servo amp consider just putting
an op amp with a gain of 2 or 3.3 before it to get 10v.
