Part numbers are:

GW0000F - 8 leads - wire for any configuration
GW0000E - 6 leads - unipolar
GW0000H - 4 leads - parallel bipolar
GW0000L - 4 leads - serial bipolar

I ordered mine from Kim Controls: http://www.kim-controls.com

I had to send them E-mail to find the "on-line" ordering page for
the cable leads. Here is a direct link the the page:

They charged $5 per cable and ~$5 for UPS ground shipping.
I ordered them Fiday morning and got an e-mail notification of
UPS shipping with tracking number that afternoon. In the e-mail
they sent about the cable link, they indicated that if a particular
cable was not in stock it would take a week to get it.

BTW, I ordered the GW0000F because they had 14 in stock
and I can wire them any way I want.
