Hi Nigel,
Yes! I have used them in the past, although I much prefer Geckos! They
are fine for the smaller motors that can be driven with 36V and less
then 2A or so. In fact, I still have 3 new drives, under the Slo-Syn
label, I believe. About $50 USD over here. I'll probably put them on
the PCB mill that I haven't gotten around to building!

P.S. I'm past the "trying" phase, my Gecko powered CNC Sherline mill and
STEP4 (my controller program) are making swarf!
