Monte,
Both the phase A & B signals should swing from gnd to greater than
2.4 volts, actual spec is 0.4 volt or less is gnd signal, 2.4 volt or
grater is logic 1. Looking at the USDigital's spec, phase A & B are
identical pulse width, but A leads B by a 1/4 cycle.
Looks like one phase isn't working. Care to try another motor?
