Alan,

I took a look at your pinout and from what I can puzzle out, you have
a step motor drive.

It seems to be for use with 6-wire motors. End wire to MOT1, center
tap to 1&3COM, other end wire to MOT3. Same for the other winding to
MOT2, 2&4COM, MOT4.

Anaheim Auto drives are what are called bi-level. It requires a low
voltage sustaining current to LOW VOLTS and the "kicker" voltage to
HIGH VOLTS. 0VDC must be ground.
