I've done the same thing and was wondering if you'd discovered the
problem and found a fix? I read this entire thread and found I'm
living a parallel nightmare to yours :-).

I've got an almost identical setup to yours except my machine chassis
has no 110AC ground attached since I'm using a plasma torch as a cutter.

I've tested the motors and wiring with my last working 201. It is
still mounted in the controller box and working right next to the
blown one.

Me too. I'm afraid to take the working one out for fear it will get
snooty and give up the ghost.

Any info you received from Mariss or others would be much appreciated.
