I have fixed them by replacing the mosfets, you can get them at Digi_Key.
You need t0 check the large resistor close to the mosfets to make sure it is
not open.
the resistor is less than one ohm at about 3 watts I believe. I ordered both
form Digi-Key.
De-soldering is a bit of a job.
