Hi, on the dust problem, the mdf table top will extend to the edge of
the table. There will be no slot for shavings to get through. Yes, the
drive pulley has a 1.128" pitch diameter so that is 3.53" per rev. The
servos are about 1000rpm max and 900 oz-in. I will start with 10:1
reduction and go from there. Reduction is via smaller timing belts.
The table is driven on both sides. There is a driveshaft running
inside the gantry which connects the reduction units on each side.
