Hi Dean,

Nice work, and great photos.

I really like the light weight router holding bracket(s) I made mine
from 4" alum block and they weight almost as much as the router.

I do have a couple of questions that may or may not fall into your
experiance.

one is of dust in a wood shop environment. seems the belt teeth are
in a posistion to hold dust.

second is speed. it looks like a 16 or 20 tooth gear. with a 5 TPI
belt you would have between 3 and 4 inches per revolution. on a
direct connect 200 SPR motor and Gecko that would be 333 and 500
stpes per inch. did you use a direct drive or a set of gears/belts
to reduce the drive ?

and the last question is are you driving from one side or both ?
