Sorry for all the posts, having trouble kepping up with the questions.
I dont know why some of my posts are duplicated either.
I used a motorized rotating laser on a tripod that was placed in the
center of the frame. The laser projected a nice line on some blocks
that I had at each of the four corners of the table as I was tacking
it together. The block were marked such that I could line up the laser
line to the marks and from there I proceded to weld. Everything lined
up great. Even surprised myself. Its probably not acurate beyond 1/16"
or so but for this machine that was adequate. It is designed for a
plastics company dong mostly 2d cuts is acrylic.
