Maybe a Firestone Air bag off of the back of a Class 8 truck would work.
They run about 8" diameter and if I recall, they lift about 20,000lb per
bag with 100-120 psi..(with the Suspension fulcrum points acting to
their advantage). Just a thought. I built presses with those.
