Spindle power VS Motor power

Hi groups,

Supposed, I design 3 axis CNC Milling for about 100 watts for each axis.
What is the suitable Spindle motor power to match the axis motor power? I
can't have under power or over power spindle, can I.

any inputs will be appreciated.
