Randy,
I am using Wire EDM as I write this. The local Tech School shop is an extention
of my home shop 3 nites a week or whenever days.
I have made many parts from miniature steam dynamo stator stacks, valve gear
expansion links (prehardened), anything made of metal, hard or soft.
Thickness is only limited by the machine envelope. Stack'em to do multiple copies.
We also have a Plunge EDM unit. Does'nt get much use, tho.
