I have just posted on my web site, a pre-release version of a CAD/CAM
tutorial for turning a complex part on a small, [Sherline] CNC Lathe.

Regardless of what CAD/CAM software you use, the steps defined will help
you to see the entire process, from designing a part to generating the
G-Code. If you are evaluating CAD/CAM software, it will be a helpful
reference point for you.

To download the tutorial, go to my web site, click "Tutorials," and then
select "Turning."

Once this tutorial has been completed, along with the machining
instructions, I will post an updated copy to the SherlineCNC forum files
section.
