Hi turb...
I've been flirting with a number of ways to make my first CNC.
Thinking is along the lines of a small gantry mill or engraver. The
idea of using concrete came to mind but I haven't convinced myself
yet. What you have to realize is that we are thinking cheap here for
the first attempt.
So I'm wondering is there a reference any where on the net that covers
the use of concrete to fabricate machine bases?
I was considering casting the rails in place, but I can't possibly
imagine getting the parallel and level. Anyone with experience here?
