RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] servo motor shaft 5/8 to 1/4...best way??

Generally a motor with a 5/8" shaft has some serious torque and a 1/4"
shaft would be twisted up trying to transmit it. With that said, I have
turned down motor shafts by chucking up the motor in the lathe and
powering it up. Worked fine with small cuts.
