NEMA is the US National Electrical Manufacturer's Association, which has
standardized
all sorts of things, including the sizes of electrical equipment boxes.
So, this is just a box
of a standardized size, but there must be hundreds of different sizes in
the standard.
I'm not even sure NEMA 4 is a specific size, but just refers to a
specific class of boxes
in the standard.
