It doesn't really matter! If you have the "center-taps" right, the other two
wires on a winding can be swapped---this only makes the stepper turn the
other way. You can "put this right" in different places just by swapping these
phase-ends, again. Or swap the OTHER pair, etc.

Superior Electric and Oriental have all that noted in their literature, but I
never memorize such, as it is a simple "no danger" swap.
